Shipping Policy

1. Orders are shipped daily via HCT Logistics (excluding holidays).

2. Convenience Store Pickup (7-Eleven/FamilyMart) orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

3. Enjoy free shipping on orders over NT$1980.

4. For Hong Kong and Macau, shipments are sent via SF Express, with a flat shipping fee of NT$180.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Please ensure the returned product is in its original condition, including functionality and quality. All accessories, tags, and labels must be intact. For bundled items, please return the complete set.

2. When returning, include the product, tags, accessories, any physical gifts, and product packaging (excluding the shipping box or bag).

3. Any bonus points earned from this purchase will be automatically deducted upon successful return.

Once we receive your return, we will immediately send out the replacement.

If you choose Convenience Store Pickup with Payment on Delivery, please pick up your package as soon as it arrives. If the item is not picked up within 7 days, it will be returned to us and your account will be banned.

Failing to pick up 2 or more packages will result in permanent account suspension.
